Hi Rachel
I am going to can my tomatoes over the next couple of days (first time!) so just refreshing on how to by watching your video. I will be canning quart size jars, are the amounts of salt and lemon juice the same? I see you use pint jars for this demo. Also I have a separator, can I double stack jars in my Presta? Will the time required (40 mins) change? I seriously need to attend your next internet training session.
Gracias! Lorri
